Billing Question:

1. What payment method does DoubleX accept?

• Considering of your convenience, there are many payment methods in DoubleX. We accept direct bank-in, Internet fund transfer, cheque payment methods. Please refer to our payment page at HERE.

 

2. I had pay and what should I do next?

• After You made the payment, please let us know by confirm order payment at your billing system or email your payment details to account@DoubleX.com.my or fax the payment details to +60 (3) 22890656. After we verified your payment, your account will be setup within an hour and you will be notified by email or SMS.

 

3. Can I upgrade my hosting plan?

• Yes. Simple produce. You are only required to pay different prices. There are NO setup fees and processing fees. Please contact our sales team for further assistance.
