1. Do you provide domain name registration?

• Yes. We provide domain name registration as low as from RM55 / year (Add-On RM10 service fee for FREE Web Hosting!!)

2. What Domain Name can I use?

• A domain name can only be 63 characters excluding the extensions. Allowable characters in your domain are alphabets, numbers and the hyphen " - ". Other characters ("!,.#$@_") are not allowed.

3. Can I register .COM.MY?

• Yes. Your company's registration form 9/13 is required to proof that you are Malaysia companies. Please fax or email the form after you summit the order. Please contact our sales team for further assistance.

4. How long will the domain registration process take?

• A .com domain name will be ready within 24 - 48 hours of working day after registration. Usually your domain will be activated within an hour. As for .com.my domain name, it takes 2-3 working days and is subject to Mynic approval.

5. Does the domain name belong to me?

• Yes. Your name will appear as administration in the WHOIS information. DOUBLEX will be your technical contact in your domain WHOIS information.

6. Can I change my domain WHOIS information?

• Yes. You can change your WHOIS information through the domain control panel. If WHOIS changes are not made to show customers actual information, DOUBLEX is not responsible for the domain name and will not be liable for any damages or losses caused by the domain name hosting activities. Please read our Terms of Service.

7. Do I get Login ID & Password for my domain name?

• Of Course. We will provide you the domain name login details upon complete registration. You are able to manage your domain name, edit details, and change name servers.

8. I already have a domain name. How do I host my domain name on your server?

• If You already have the domain name, then signup any hosting plan on our website. Then login your domain name control panel and change your domain name server to point to our server. Our name server is below:

9. What is Domain Transfer?

• Domain Transfer meaning transfer of domain from your current Registrar to DOUBLEX Registrar. After transfer to us, You can now renew .com/.net/.org/.info/.biz domain name at a lower cost with us. Transferring your Domain Name will add 1 Year to your Domain Name. The transfer price is same as new registration price.

10. What is the conditions/requirement to perform domain transfer?

Requirement 1 -

Your Domain Name must be at least 60 days old. You cannot transfer a Domain Name if it has been registered in the last 60 days. Please check your Domain Name Creation date by performing a WHOIS on your domain name and make sure it is at least 60 days old.

Requirement 2 -

Transferring your Domain Name will add one year to its current expiry date. You will be charged 1 year fees for it.

Requirement 3 -

If your domain expired with your old Registrar, and You renewed it with them, then do not Transfer it within 45 days of the previous expiry date since it will not add 1 more year to your domain name, and You will lose out on the Renewal fees paid to the older Registrar.
