1. Where is your server located?

2. What is your server specification?

• All servers come with at least Dual Xeon 3.0 GHz with minimum 4GB DDR RAM installed.

 

3. Is your network fast and reliable?

• Yes. All servers are connected to an extremely powerful and fully redundant network.

4. Does my website get a control panel?

• Yes. Our DOUBLEX Hosting Plan comes with Plesk Control Panel.

 

5. What is Plesk™?

• Plesk™ is the brand name of the web browser control panel software that we use on our web hosting packages.

 

6. What type of support do you offer? Average Response Time?

• We offer supports to our clients 24/7/365 via web based ticket system, email and phone. We strive for response times of not more than four hours. Response times of just a few minutes if during normal business hours.

 

7. Will you help me to transfer my website from other host to your server?

• Yes. It is our pleasure to gain your support. You just need to give us your current hosting account and will do the less on behalf of You for FOC!

 

8. Can I run a chat room, IRC client or statistic system or a banner exchange web site?

• You are advised not  to run those website that resource high consumptions. We will consider suspending those accounts that use unfair amount of system resources & caused interruption to other customer.

 

10. Can I run a forum web site?

• We do allow you to run a non heavy forum site in our shared hosting environment. Any forum to have more than 20 concurrent user access will be considered as heavy usage and we do not allow that.

 

11. Do you allow Adult, MP3, Gambling contents on your servers?

• Adult content, MP3 and Gambling site is NOT allowed on our server.

 

12. Do you do regular backups of my account?

• Yes, we do perform backups on our servers. However You are advised to take your responsibility to perform backup for your application.  We are not responsible on our backup content in the event of some of your files is lost.

 

13. How I do use SSL for my hosting?

• If you require SSL for your hosting package, we will help you purchase the SSL certificate based on your requirement and install for you with a small setup fees. Basically You will be notified for the SSL certification and installation charges.

 

14. I already have the domain name, can I still sign up your hosting plan?

• Yes. In order to host your domain with us, you need to change your domain name server to point to our server. Please contact us for further assistance.

 

15. Can I request for refund if I m not satisfied with your service?

• Please let us know if you have any dissatisfaction.  In DOUBLEX, we always improve our relationship with you. We would love to have the chance to work with you in resolving any problems.
